Have you heard of this new payment system called Bitcoin? You know the one that doesn't rely on you living in XXX with a bank account established in YYY? Maybe check it out instead of going back in time to electronic version of the very long in the tooth checking system which is used practically nowhere except in the US.
I would rather "go back in time". I do NOT use or trust Bitcoin, or any form of Crypto. Why would I ever trust any purely digital currency? What is considered "convenient" today will inevitably be deemed "mandatory" tomorrow.
Stupid question - my payments already go to a bank. I get an added international charge etc. If Im not using a credit card but a debit card, do I need to review my payment information?
Yes. And we will eventually support it. But first we're doing something that the majority of our subscribers have.
Less than 7% of the world is in crypto, good call Vox.
Does this mean international users will be locked out from UATV?
Thanks VD, keep up the good fight.
No. We'll have credit cards and crypto available for them.
Thanks

Meanwhile, I use paper checks all the time.
"Long in the tooth"? Sounds great to me!
Whatever Boomer....
