I have an issue not described. I do not know if it is my issue or the site. I can not pay. After entering all of my payment info and click submit, it says my card does not support this type of purchase.

I have the same issue, do you use a visa debit card?

Hey, sorry for the slow reply. Not on substack much. I was attempting to subscribe with my USAA Visa. I tried multiple times. It never would go thru, same promot overtime. Then, I thought to use my cash app card with is also a visa... when straight thru.

Well done. I managed to successfully navigate the, yes less-than-intuitive subscription pages (aren't I a clever boi) but this guide explains a few things (like why my subs don't appear on my subs page) and calms my rattled nerves.

Another feature request (when you get to it): url timestamp query parameters. As well as browser remembering timestamp. If tab is left open for longtime and I reload (which happens automatically on Mobile browser), video goes back to the beginning.

URL timestamp parameters already exist. Add /s123/ at the end of the URL to go to the 123rd second of a video.

Stuck at step #4: when trying to see my profile, I get: "Server Error (500)"

Update on 27 May 2024: step #4 was no longer broken and I completed the process. At the moment, I do not see my subscription on my account on UATV, but this is consistent with the post mentionning it will come later. Many thanks!

Same here - both when I select "Your Account" directly from UATV and via the link in this substack post. I assume they link to the same page.

Well, my "purchases" page only shows one of the two subs I bought (they both show up on the "Invoices history" page on the sub site).

And my https://unauthorized.tv/account/ page STILL says I'm not connected, even though when I click the green "link account" I'm taken straight to my account page. Oh well. It'll no doubt all come out in the wash.

You guys are awesome. Thanks. Just resigned up on the original site, linked accounts, and now as explained clearly above, it claims I don't have an active subscription at the bottom but also shows now that the subscription site account IS connected. Thank You for leaving the paywall down so we can continue to view BB, Vox, Razör and all our favs.

The external subscription site does not allow multiple subscriptions per account.
